Doesn't he look like something out of A Midsummer Night's Dream? He does to me. And cotton candy...and he goes with Easter. Isn't it marvelous? 8D
BTW, he is not a new character. I made his first reference almost exactly a year ago. c:
Name: Avery Alias: Angel Sex: Male Orientation: Queer Place of Origin: Flagstaff, Arizona Age: 21 in Human years Birthdate: March 10th Mate: Bird Children: None Additional Information: - His wings are holographic and do not connect to his body. They are 50% opaque, and change size at his will. The bigger they are, the happier Avery is, it would seem. - The top layer of his hair and his tail are very very soft, like a lambs wool. They have a slight curl. - He is not always attached to the carousel pole. It is only when he is on display - His front hooves are white with a pink line around the bottom. - In his mane, he has extentions. They are a very pale blue, and usually kept straight. They are longer than his natural mane, though sometimes he doesnt wear them. - Everything about him is symmetrical except for his heart markings. On his right side, it is near his chest, and on his left side, it is near his sheath, on his belly Personality: Avery is a highly emotional individual. He is easily hurt, feels rejection quite keenly, and wants nothing more than to be liked by those around him. He can easily get complacent, stagnating in a situation that is not the best, but that he feels he cant overcome. He has very poor self esteem. Avery thinks thinks that he's horribly ugly and he's lucky to have anyone take any interest in him. Because of the above, he will do ANYTHING for ANYBODY. He is a doormat. Avery usually feigns innocence to be more desirable to the general public, though he is actually quite intelligent, and very intuitive. He has a strong desire for simple comforts, though not many are afforded to him with his current living condition, and does not care to express any of his own selfish wants. He can be quite self-effacing and exceedingly passive to the point of being obnoxious about it, though not on purpose, of course. He is quick to love, and love hard, though it is often with the wrong sort of man. History: Avery is the seventh of nine children, all coming from six of his mothers various husbands. Being a middle child, and older than his mothers beloved twins, he was mostly forgotten, aside from times when she wanted him to watch the children, while she went on a date with yet another suitor. He always felt very responsible for his mother and keeping her happy, though he couldnt seem to do anything right by her. It was because of this that he developed such poor self esteem. When he was old enough, he moved to Philadelphia and became a stripper, sending most of the money back to his mother to help her get by, while living in a dump of his own, often scrambling to make rent. Quite frequently, he makes ends meet by prostituting himself through the place he strips for. His closest friend is Dancer, who he looks up to and adores. Dancer is like the older brother that none of his real brothers ever were. He fell in love, unfortunately, with one of his clients who is rather rough with him, and does not share the affections. Holy cow, Ange! He turned out so gorgeous! And pah, you lied about his mane and tail! They look fine! I've always loved his design and...I'm just in awe of his carousel 'outfit'. The colours really compliment him. Gah, he's just so pretty!
Thank you! n-n They kind of annoyed me, as you well know, but they seemed to deal. I hid them with his carousel uniform! 8D I'm glad that they all come together. I was worried about blue and pink overload.
This is probably a strangely specific thing to compliment on, but I've always loved his hair. x) And his colors. Normally I don't see pastel colors working together all that well on characters, but you've definitely made it work with him.
Not to mention that his personality (and him in general) is just...ridiculously adorable. I want to hug him. >:
Well, I'm glad you love his hair. xD At least someone does. It was giving me so much shit, that if he was real, I would have punted him out the window yesterday.
I'm not big on pastel colors either, because they make characters look like Easter eggs, but I made him to be kind of a complement to Dancer (He has pinkish accents and is blue while Dancer is the opposite) so he just..turned out this way.
